What is Virtual Domain Hosting?
Virtual Domain Hosting means that your domain will be hosted on our servers, but it will appear as if you had your own server. We will provide detailed instructions on registering or transferring a domain name.

Do you offer internet access?
No.

Do you accept international orders?
No.

Does SpiderDomain.com handle domain registration?
Yes! You can register a new .com, .net, or .org domain name with SpiderDomain.com at the anytime. SpiderDomain.com will charge you $25.00 for domain registration for the first year.

Will you put any advertising banners or ads on my site?
No. We provide commercial grade web hosting. There will be absolutely no SpiderDomain.com advertising on your website, unless you choose to place it yourself.

Can I use my account for commercial purposes?
Absolutely. You can use your account for commercial purposes. The World Wide Web has become the most efficient and cost-effective means of making information available to the users of the Internet community. If desired, SSL data encryption / secure processing is available for our customers at an extra annual cost. SSL provides an environment whereby payment information (such as a credit card number or personal information) can be transmitted from the web browser to a web server in an encrypted mode.

Do you back up your servers?
Yes. We have multiple forms of backup going on. SpiderDomain suggests that the client backs up all of there data on there end as well. SpiderDomain is not responsible for your data, YOU are.

Will others have access to my files?
Our servers are set up in such a way that no other users can access your directory tree. The only files outsiders will be able to see is what you let them (i.e. your web pages in your public_html directory and .gif, .jpg, etc.)

What types of payment do you accept?
